We will produce high-quality gourmet, high Kosher (Chalov Yisroel) and Halal cheeses. In our first year, we will produce gourmet feta and brie. In future years, we will add fresh mozzarella, muenster, havarti and Hispanic melting cheeses.
We will manufacture cheeses for the commodity market and cheeses to be sold under our own brands.
