We will produce gourmet, high Kosher (Chalov Yisroel) and Halal cheeses, and other cheeses of the same quality for other ethnic and consumer markets. In our first year, we will produce gourmet feta, fresh mozzarella, and Hispanic melting cheeses.
We will manufacture cheeses for both the commodity market and for the retail market.
