Presentation of cheese plant to Auburn Citizen reporters and editors

Saratoga Cheese has received a fair amount of news coverage as it goes through its process of development. CNN Money spent seven hours filming interviews in Cayuga County. As part of a series on bright spots in the national economy, these interviews were reduced to a segment about our company. It was broadcast several times beginning on April 16, 2009.
