The mission of Saratoga Cheese Corporation is to produce delicious, high-quality, yet low cost, cheeses for the market. In addition, we aim to demonstrate that Muslims, Jews, and Christians can work and play together in cooperative, productive and enjoyable ways. We hope to build world peace through cheese.
