Mission
The mission of Saratoga Cheese Corporation is to produce the highest quality, yet lowest cost cheeses on the market. In addition, we aim to demonstrate that Muslims, Jews, and Christians can work and play together in cooperative, productive and enjoyable ways. We hope to build world peace through cheese.
